Receive a four-week workout plan, written by Liv and personally picked between you and her to best fit your needs. With a wide variety of plans to choose from, everyone will find a monthly program that suits their needs.

About Me

Hey Everyone!

I'm Olivia (but you can call me Liv)...

Fitness has been my passion for as long as I can remember. From being an athlete to becoming an avid long-distance runner, staying active has been a constant throughout every stage of my life.

For the past four years, I've had the privilege of helping countless women become more confident versions of themselves—both inside and outside the gym. As a NASM-certified personal trainer with a degree in exercise and nutrition from Virginia Tech, I’m dedicated to helping women connect with fitness in a way that enhances not only their physical health, but their mental and emotional well-being too.

As a woman, I understand the gym can feel daunting and full of judgment, but it doesn’t have to be that way. My top priority as your trainer is to create a space where you feel respected, comfortable, and supported. Here, we aspire for more—whether it's reaching new fitness goals or finding the confidence to step into your strength. I'm here to meet you exactly where you are and help you unlock the best version of yourself.
