My monthly plan gives you an effective, balanced workout routine without the cost of a fully custom program. These plans are designed using the same principles I use with my 1:1 clients by focusing on strength, longevity, and feeling good in your body instead of chasing extremes.

You’ll have a complete 4- or 8-week program that guides you through each workout step by step, so you never have to wonder what to do at the gym. While the plan isn’t individualized, we start with a consultation to make sure it’s appropriate for your experience level and goals.

This option is perfect if you want direction, consistency, and a routine you can follow on your own with the option to reach out for support whenever you need it.
