Programs
1:1 Personal Training
For women who want hands-on coaching, accountability, and a program built completely around them. You’ll meet with Liv for live video sessions where she’ll guide you through each movement, help perfect your form, and adjust your workouts in real time. This option gives you the highest level of support so you never have to guess if you’re doing things “right.” Together we’ll build strength, confidence, and a routine that fits your life.
Tailored Programs
A workout program created specifically for your body, experience level, schedule, and goals — without the commitment of weekly live sessions. Liv will design a plan that meets you exactly where you are and grows with you as you get stronger. You’ll have structure to follow on your own, plus regular check-ins so you still feel supported every step of the way.
Monthly Programs
The perfect plan for women who want clear direction without a fully customized program. These thoughtfully designed workouts give you a simple, effective routine you can do at your own pace while still having access to support from me. Each plan follows the same balanced approach by focusing on building strength, sustainability, and feeling good in your body.
Meet Your Coach
Fitness has always been a huge part of my life, but learning how to make it feel supportive instead of stressful is what made me fall in love with it. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful movement can be when it’s built around real life instead of extremes.
As a NASM-certified personal trainer with a degree in Exercise and Nutrition from Virginia Tech, I’ve spent the past five years helping women build strength, confidence, and routines that actually last. My approach isn’t about quick fixes — it’s about helping you feel capable, energized, and at home in your body, both in and outside of your training.
I know how intimidating the gym and starting something new can feel, which is why my goal as your trainer is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and truly supported. Whether you’re brand new to exercise or getting back to yourself after years away, there is space for you here.
At Aspire with Liv, we don’t chase perfection, because that’s not the goal. Instead, we focus on building strength, trust, and confidence — mentally and physically. No matter your background, I’ll meet you exactly where you are and help you move toward the version of yourself you’re aspiring to become.
